Welcome to my first edition of my monthly newsletter ...let me know what you all think...

I am putting together a regular newsletter/online magazine called 'Creative Solutions' to help promote my company. As well as news about me and my company I will be featuring recent and latest projects that I have worked on for my clients.

I would also like to include editorials on the companies that I have produced design work for. So if you are an existing client would you like to have an article included in my newsletter to promote your company ...this is free of charge but one thing I do ask is that it must include a testimonial within your article about the service and design work I have given. The space I am allowing for each company is a half page (landscape or vertical), so please bear this in mind when writing text especially if you want a photo included (I will include your logo too).

Depending on how many articles I receive maybe not all of them will appear in the first issue, so you have plenty of time to put an article together (you can include a photo if you wish).

If you are not yet one of my clients please feel free to contact me for a quote on any design work you may require and once I have completed any work for you I will allow you to place an editorial about your company in my newsletter.

This newsletter will be sent out to a huge database plus placed on the following networking sites: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Ecademy, Waynesworld, Issuu, etc ...so will get a huge worldwide audience.

So please can existing clients let me know if they are happy to supply text about their company (including testimonial) and when they will be able to supply it to me. The better the testimonial the more chance that your article will be used as a special feature.

Spent a fantastic 16 days in Syria with my wife visiting her family. It was very hot and we ate loads of delicious Syrian food. During our trip we visited Damascus, Aleppo, Raqqa and spent a days camping as Assad Lake in the desert.

On the last day of our holiday we were in Damascus on the way to the airport and I was carrying a heavy suitcase down some concrete steps at 5 in the morning. We hadnt been to bed that night and I was very tired. There were no lights on the steps and I missed the last 2 and fell badly still holding the suitcase. My wifes friend took us to the hospital on the way to the airport and I had an x-ray which showed I had a small fracture. They didnt have time to put it in plaster so it was bandaged up and we continued to the airport. But at least I had special treatment in a wheelchair all the way home. We had to go via Paris, and we had a 10 hour gap between flights so were planning to spend the day in Paris but ended up spending 10 hours sitting in the airport. But now I am unable to walk or drive for at least 2 weeks or more which is a pain, but at least I can still work from home.

This is a video of the Saint Maria statue being carried through the streets of San Pedro de Alcantara where I live with my wife in Spain.

My wife Sarah managed to push her way through the crowds and volunteered to help carry the statue for some of the way.
